Attendance and Absences
- If your child is not well enough to come to school please telephone on the morning of the first day of absence and follow this with a letter when he/she returns. If we are not notified of the reason for an absence we are obliged to register it as unauthorised. Attendance figures for all schools are collected by the Local Authority.
Holidays
- The following is taken from Milton Keynes Council pamphlet 'Attendance at School'.
- "Parents are strongly urged to avoid booking family holidays during term time as it will disrupt their child's education. There is no right to take a child out of school for such a holiday."
