Swan Inn
- The owners of the Swan Inn, which closed on 22 November 2010, applied to Milton Keynes Council on 20 January 2011 for planning permission for change of use from public house (use class A4) to dwelling house (use class C3). - MKC Planning Committee date was 14 April 2011. The Application Committee Report recommended the application be turned down, because all possible methods of retaining the pub had not been explored fully. However, a decision was deferred to allow the applicant to provide further information on the non-viability of the pub.
