Guidelines
- To report a problem, first identify who provides the service, then contact them direct.
- Who should report problems? You should! It is everyone's duty to report problems to the relevant organisation. The sooner you report it, the sooner it can be fixed. Neither MK Council nor the Parish Council can be expected to fix problems they do not know about, because you didn't tell them.
- The Parish Council is not responsible for services provided by Milton Keynes Council, so only contact the Parish Council about services provided by them.
- If, after reporting a problem to Milton Keynes Council, you feel it is not being dealt with adequately, contact one of the 3 Milton Keynes Councillor for Olney Ward, Cllr Keith MacLean, Peter Geary or David Hosking.
