RE – Spring Fayre – can you help us please?

Sherington Pre-school is a community based nursery education setting with excellent OFSTED reports, for children aged from 2 years up to school age. Every day the children choose from a wide range of activities in a bright, colourful and welcoming environment, helping them to progress in all areas of the Foundation Stage Curriculum.

We pride ourselves on our excellent adult to child ratios, but we do rely heavily on volunteer work and charity fundraising to keep the pre-school running. The Nursery Education Grant awarded to us by the government only covers the bare essentials so we need all the help that we can get.

This is where you come in - on Saturday 16th May 2009 Sherington Pre-School is holding its annual Spring Fayre. There will be a wide variety of traditional activities and stalls including tombolas, raffle, lucky dip, homemade produce, face painting, plants, books, toys and many more. The Milton Keynes Play Association will be bringing its play bus and we are hoping for a visit by the MK Dons mascot to complete a great family afternoon.

We would really appreciate your support in any form - a financial donation, prizes, vouchers or whatever you feel would be appropriate. We will publicise your generosity.
