Thank You Message from Roundabout Theatre Company

Thank you to everyone who came along to support our recent production of Too Many Fish. We've had lovely audience feedback including the following from a lady who came to see us in Hanslope "You're the highlight for us. We can't get out of the village as we can't drive any more and we really look forward to you coming". That is exactly why we do what we do; we take good quality live theatre out to village communities for everyone to enjoy!

So when will we see you again? Well, plans are afoot for something a little bit different in the New Year so watch this space. Rumour has it that Christmas is on its way and when it finally does arrive, let's hope that it's peaceful, happy and without a trace of trailing blue lobelia.

Too Many Fish

Roundabout Theatre Company's next show will be another home grown production entitled Too Many Fish and tickets are now on sale.

Our story is set "somewhere up north" in The Happy Onion, Upper Wallop's finest delicatessen. Proprietor Bert Onions, aka Burnt Onions, is ably assisted by Brenda, Betty, Sandra and Tina, aka The Onionettes. Bert, who comes from a long line of fish enthusiasts, is off for a weekend away at an exotic fish convention. In his absence, and in preparation for his Granddad's 90th birthday, Bert has arranged for local carpenter Ernie Scroggins to make mahogany plinth for, the old man's precious Grouper fish. Bert takes his leave safe in the knowledge that his house, his business and his grandfather's pride and joy are in safe hands. What could possibly go wrong !

The show is a little bit naughty and therefore not suitable for anyone under 16.

Songs featured in the show are all fabulous soul tunes such as Too Many Fish in the Sea (our show title song originally covered by The Marvelettes), and The Three Degrees classic When Will I See You Again.

Show dates are Wednesday 8th & Thursday 9th November (Hanslope Village Hall) and Friday 10th & Saturday 11th November (Sherington Village Hall). Tickets are on sale via our online box office at the following link Roundabout Theatre Company (Milton Keynes) event tickets from TicketSource | Online Event Ticketing
